Co-operation of Universities and a Law Firm
A collection of analyses of open source licenses was made as a part of final studies of law students in Helsinki University, Swedish School of Economics in Helsinki, University of Turku and IPR University Center. The analyses review licenses from the perspective of business use with a focus on patent terms.
The project was carried out as a group work lead by a law firm expert. The collections of analyses (in Finnish only) can be freely downloaded from os.hhpartners.fi. The law firm partner in the project was HH Partners, Attorneys-at-law Ltd.
Authors of the publication are Susanna Halinen, Juha-Pekka Hautamäki and Juuso Sillanpää. The work was lead by Martin von Willebrand.
The publication (in Finnish only) can be accessed from http://os.hhpartners.fi/ (direct link: http://os.hhpartners.fi/lisenssien-analyysihankkeen-julkaisu-2009-t18.html)
