Logica Finland modernizes the user interfaces of its municipal business unit by IT Mill’s RIA technology and AJAX. This enhances the product development as well as the user interfaces and information security of the products. This is delivered to the citizens in form of better customer service and savings, as digitalisation conquers the public sector.
RIA, which is a software development tool built by Finnish company IT Mill, is based on open source and the work is done by Java. The new IT Mill Toolkit 5 is the first product that makes it possible to build RIA user interfaces completely on server and by Java.
