Build it with Aaltoes is about building a prototype in 48 hours. Anyone with a cool idea and/or willigness to actually make things real is more than welcome to apply!

The event starts on Friday at 6pm when all the ideas are presented. After narrowing down the amount of ideas the teams are built according to participants’ interests. Right after that the hard work starts and the teams will have time to develop their ideas into prototypes until Sunday 6pm when the results are presented. The winners of the weekend will be announced shortly afterwards.

Avoimet ohjelmistot, rajapinnat ja standardit sekä avoin julkinen data ovat aiheina seminaarissa, joka järjestetään maaliskuussa Seinäjoella. Tilaisuuden järjestävät Suomen Kuntaliitto, Suomen avoimien tietojärjestelmien keskus COSS ry, Tietotekniikan liitto, ETKY ja TIEKE. Tilaisuus on osa yhteentoimivuutta avoimesti road showta, joka kiertää ympäri Suomea kevään 2012 aikana.

Devaamo Summit is a developer-oriented event packed with sessions and showcases about openness in development. It will be held in Tampere, Finland, in June 15-16th.
